Therapist
MA, LPCC-S
Starting therapy can feel like a big and sometimes overwhelming step. It takes courage to reach out, to be open, and to begin the process of looking inward—and that courage deserves to be recognized and respected. It is truly an honor for me to walk alongside people on this journey and to be part of their growth and healing.
I am a mental health counselor who works with individuals ages 13 and older, providing support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered approach in my work. I graduated from Xavier University in 2020, became an LPCC in 2023 and a supervisor in 2024. I'm licensed in Ohio.
I believe in meeting each individual where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. Together, we explore your unique strengths, build practical skills, and develop tools that empower you to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in discovering your resilience and fostering meaningful, lasting change on your healing journey.
